Les participants seront introduits à une variété de techniques fondamentales et de stratégies de combat à travers une série d'exercices interactifs et amusants où chacun peut s'amuser tout en apprenant, rendant ainsi l'initiation accessible et agréable pour tous les niveaux de débutants.. L'atelier inclut :
Jeux techniques : Des activités conçues pour enseigner les bases du maniement de l'épée, en travaillant sur la précision, la coordination œil-main, et l'agilité. Ces jeux sont adaptés pour rendre l'apprentissage dynamique et engageant.
Matchs avec du matériel d'escrime : Les participants auront l'opportunité de mettre en pratique ce qu'ils ont appris dans des simulations de combats contrôlés. Ils utiliseront des masques, des gants, et des épées sécuritaires spécifiques à l'escrime pour se familiariser avec le matériel et les règles du sport.
